Troops + scrolls combo:

20 archers
4 earthquake scrolls

Method:
1. Use 2 earthquake scrolls on the left cannon to shatter the walls around it
2. Release 30 mongols + 1 healer + 1 general targeting the cannon
3. Use 2 earthquake scrolls on the right cannon to shatter the walls around it
4. Release 30 mongols + 1 healer + 1 general targeting the cannon
5. Release 10 archers targeting the top freeze tower
6. Release 10 archers + 1 general targeting the bottom freeze tower.

Results: 100% destruction with castle fully destroyed.
Note: This epic victory was my 2nd attempt after realizing the mistake.
